2. Create and Assign Tickets
Log into your web application to create a ticket. Make a new account for each customer in the Accounts section, then click Start New Job. Insert the address.
Afterwards, choose the type of ticket (delivery, pickup, etc.), the asset your driver will use and the project’s start and end dates. You can also add in comments and billing notes. Lastly, create the ticket and assign it to a driver.
3. Manage Your Assets and Your Drivers
Track your fleet and monitor your inventory right in the web application. You can monitor your drivers’ exact locations throughout the workday in the dispatch map. Also, you can track where your assets are and how long they’ve been there.

4. Run Reports and Send Invoices
After you’ve dispatched your drivers, completed your tickets and invoiced your customers via our QuickBooks Online integration, use our reports and our dispatch map to optimize business results.
